We respect your right to privacy and personal data control. If you no longer wish to use FullyPass, you can request account deletion at any time.
Your Right Under Indian Law
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Request permanent deletion of your personal data
- Revoke consent for data processing
- Receive confirmation within 7 working days
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Your personal data and usage history are permanently erased
- Subscriptions are cancelled and no further charges occur
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
What We Keep (Temporarily)
We may retain minimal data like transaction IDs only if required by law. This data is securely deleted after the legal retention period ends.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1From the App
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete My Account"

Email support@fullypass.com with the subject line:
We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 working days.
Important Note
Account deletion is permanent and includes removal of all test history, performance data, and saved preferences.
If you simply want to take a break, you can choose to log out instead of deleting your account.
