    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Information about eligibility, GST terms, cancellation window, and payment coverage for FullyPass subscriptions.

    Refund Eligibility

    FullyPass offers a 100% full refund if a student is not satisfied with the platform within 48 hours of purchase. No explanation is required — the refund is processed without asking for any reason.


    Payments Covered

    This refund policy applies only to payments made on the FullyPass website through the official payment gateway.

    Payments made on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are not eligible, as refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Google/Apple under their own policies.


    GST and Pricing Terms

    • All prices displayed on the FullyPass website are inclusive of GST, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
    • The final checkout amount is the exact amount payable — there are no hidden charges.
    • If eligible for a refund, the entire amount paid — including GST — will be refunded.
    • If a bank or payment provider deducts a transaction or convenience fee, that fee is not charged by FullyPass, and its refund depends on the bank/payment gateway.

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, students must contact the support team within 48 hours of purchase at support@fullypass.com.

    For faster processing, please include:

    • Registered mobile number or email
    • Payment screenshot or Order ID
    • Optional — brief reason for refund

    Processing Time

    Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days. The credited amount will appear in the same payment method / bank account used during the purchase.


    Cancellations

    FullyPass does not offer partial cancellations of subscription plans. However, a full cancellation and refund can be requested within the first 48 hours.


    Cases Where Refund Cannot Be Processed

    • Refund requested after 48 hours of payment
    • Payment made via Play Store or Apple App Store
    • Repeated claim patterns indicating misuse
    • Purchase during a non-refundable promotional campaign
    • Violation of terms of service or academic integrity

    Technical Issues

    If a student cannot access paid content due to a technical problem, the support team will resolve it on priority. If the problem prevents access and cannot be resolved in reasonable time, the student may request a full 100% refund within 48 hours.
