Terms of Use
Rules and conditions governing access to FullyPass learning services for all users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FullyPass website or application, the user agrees to abide by these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must discontinue using FullyPass immediately.
2. Eligibility
FullyPass is intended for students preparing for competitive exams. Users must provide accurate and genuine information during registration. FullyPass reserves the right to terminate access if fraudulent or incorrect information is provided.
3. License to Use
FullyPass grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal learning. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Downloading, copying, screen-recording, or reproducing content
- Sharing login accounts with others
- Distributing or posting content on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, websites, coaching institutes, or printed material
- Reverse-engineering, bypassing paywall, or accessing paid features without permission
Any violation may result in instant termination without refund and potential legal action.
4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. FullyPass is not liable for unauthorized access due to credential sharing or negligence by the user.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Cheating or impersonating others
- Using bots or automation tools to scrape or extract content
- Attempting to bypass or disrupt security mechanisms
- Harassment or abuse toward support team or staff
6. Content Ownership
All learning materials, including questions, explanations, UI, code, and branding, are exclusively owned by FullyPass. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
7. Service Availability
FullyPass aims to offer uninterrupted access, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen disruptions may occur. FullyPass is not liable for exam outcomes or academic results.
8. Payment & Subscription Rules
Paid plans grant access to premium content strictly for the subscribed duration. Pricing and access features are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Anti-Piracy Legal Warning
Unauthorized copying, screenshots, screen recording, reselling, or distribution of FullyPass content is a criminal offense under:
- Copyright Act of India (1957)
- Information Technology Act 2000 & IT Amendment 2023
- Digital Piracy & Cyber Fraud Penalties (2023)
FullyPass reserves the right to initiate FIR/cyber complaint, monetary penalties, and legal action in cases of piracy or academic fraud.
10. Data Usage & Analytics (India IT Act 2023)
FullyPass may securely collect and analyze user activity such as login details, learning progress, chapter usage, and performance analytics for the purpose of personalization, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
FullyPass does not sell or share student data with third-party marketing companies.
11. Termination of Account
FullyPass may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
- Terms of Use are violated
- Academic fraud, plagiarism, or piracy is detected
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks are attempted
- Harassment or misconduct occurs
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
12. Third-Party Purchases
Purchases made on Google Play Store or Apple App Store are governed by their own refund terms. FullyPass is not responsible for refund-related decisions made by Google or Apple.
13. Limitation of Liability
FullyPass is not responsible for academic outcomes, exam scores, admissions, missed opportunities, financial loss, technical failures, or user device/network issues.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
